Purchase Tickets in Person
The Kentucky Center box office is located in the center’s 2nd floor lobby at 501 W. Main Street . The ticket counter is open Monday – Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sundays from noon – 5:00 p.m.

Purchase Tickets at our Drive Through Window
Additionally, tickets can be purchased or picked up via our drive-thru window, Monday – Friday, from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The entrance to the drive-through is located on Main Street , between 5th and 6th streets. Drive past the stairs leading up to the center’s main entrance and turn right at street level before you come to the intersection of 6th and Main .

Parking
We are not able to validate parking tickets for visitors to our box office. To avoid paying for parking at the Center when purchasing tickets, we recommend that you use our Drive Through.
